Hello friends!

Today im so happy, it is a beautiful morning :) and i want to talk about to my favorite subject in this semester, well...

Having a favorite subject is complicated, because in this career all my subjects are special hahaha I`m kidding !!
But today i choose talking about Chi kung.

To begin i will be talking about a short history and the meaning of the expression Chi kung...
This practice has a large  diversity of techniques and actually most of them are related with the Chinese traditional medicine that includes mind, breathing and physical exercise. The meaning of CHI is  the vital energy flow. & KUNG means work or technique. So Chi kung can be translated like The work of energy flow.

In the beginning of the class, we make a circle and we stimulate our blood flow to activate our body, principally all our secuense is about removing negative energies and cleaning our mind and body. Breathing is the principal element and we used all time, there is a position called Wu ji  in which we are still after...

Why me?

     Today I want to talk about what happened yesterday at night. I was invited to a party, a friend of mine was throwing a celebration to reunite some friends from our dance class. It was supposed that i was going to play the guitar and sing some songs to turn the party on. The problem was that i forgot my guitar and i remembered at the midle of the road going there. I was so ashemd because my friend prepared a really good evening for us, with lots of delicious food and  lots of drinks too. I was so sad, so i got drunk with them, i always enjoy share with my classmates, spend time with nice people, talk about millions of  topics that concern us all. There is also the fact that very few friends did come to the party.I felt responsible for not having the guitar to sing, so when we started to dance cueca, suggested that everyone gather to sing karaoke, saved the party and it was a beautiful moment of sharing...

P.S. At some point I will keep my promise and we can sing whatever we want with live music :)

Hello everyone! :)

Today im going to talk about one of the most beautiful moments in my life, captured in a photograph.
4 years ago my brother was born, i remember that we´re all very nervous...
 It was the first time I held in my hands. i can´t  explain the emotion i felt at that time.

This photograph was taken by my cousin, her name is Yaimara and she is 11 years old now, so at that time  she was smaller, but still managed to capture that image will never forget. 

This picture was taken on March 25, 2012. I have put my school uniform, because that day I was called when I was in school to tell me that my brother was born and i ran to the hospital jajaj.

That day my whole family was in the hospital, my mom had a room to herself, then it was always full of people, 

 When i look this picture i feel  my heart will explode with love, this little child changed my life,  everything is joy and love when I'm with him.

Hello everyone!
Today im going to talk about a topic that is really important to me in this moment, is about the creative process for a work of dance.
Personally i think that been a choreographer is a very difficult and beautiful job, in this semester of the carrer we have to create a solo, using all the settings learned for after can dfirect others dancers and transformed in a "choreographer", i hope that these experience will be fun and very restorative for me.
Creative process have a million of feelings in who  create and who make the performer, is a new word to discover different things that help me to do anything i want or think.
Have a good relationship with the dancers is a great way to make nice things.

The improvisation  is one of the most used resources when starting a creative process. You can usually start with spontaneous movements without structures, with or without music, and if desired with some kind of element that creates new lenguages, I think that this tool is essential in the creative process. Whit  this resource you can start any creative process, just about to experience.

Im going to conclude by quoting Elizabeth Rodriguez a Chilean coreographer and she says: "In dance, the most important thing for me is questioned(...) winch means to reformulate yourself again always is problematized aftersomething new happening and there´s the link with the contemporary."

My life is easier with my smartphone...

I think that the technology is a great tool, few years ago the smartphone was invented , a kind of phone but with a lot of  functions that we can use like  taking a picture, listening to music, talking with your friends & family.
Since 2012 i use this device, now i use for  comunicating with my classmates in a case of some evaluation or activity in the university, we have a whatsapp group where we share all the new information.
On the other hand this makes easier talking every day with my mom, because i don`t live with her. She sends me pictures and videos of my little brother, i feel  closer to him.
I use everyday, but i try not used in specific situations like be with my boyfriend, friends, family, etc.
Without the smartphone, i think that never will change, logically if i need taking a picture i need buy a camera and if i want listening to music i need buy a mp3. But is the same thing.
 The smarthphone have everything!

• Censorship

Censorship have six diferents types of censure:

Some of them are: 

1.- Moral censorship: this is about the cutting of  offensive materials,  that are considered morally questionable. For examplepornography and more specific child pornography. This examples show that this practice are ilegal in a lot of countries in the world.

2.- Military censorship: this is about the confidentiality in the armies like specific information about tactics against the enemy,

3.- Self- Censorship: it is the produce by wich a media publish content censorship to avoid negative consequences. For example: in TV there have been a thousands of censorship about the government, biggest companies, influential people (Luksic Family), protests of the students, etc.

Personally i think that the censorship can be a way to avoid chaos in a country for many reasons, also is the way that media show us only one piece of five, this can be good or bad, depends the situation.

Dear classmates
My name is Carolina Callunao Fuentes, I was born in the new year of 1995 in the south of Chile, in a city named Angol. I am 21 years old, and I have a little brother on my mother's side called Agustìn; he is 4 years old and is the most beautiful littleman in the world, also i have two little sisters on my father`s side, but i don`t have much relationship with them.
I started with the dancing when i was six years old in a big group of folclore dance.
I like all the foods, my favorite plate is the cazuela that my grandmother cooks.
On the other hand, i like the rain, the cold weather... the winter is my favorite season,
Personally i enjoy very much of the music. My father play the guitar and when i was 10 years old i remember  the time when we were together for long afternoons.
I studied in the Colegio San Francisco de Asís de Angol since 2006 until 2012, in that place i met people who are now my best friends (Fernando & Josefa). i miss them so much.
I arrive in Santiago in 2013 for study Dance in  College, i think that i  chosen this profession because everything looks different when is come from your body... the movement its a great way to express yourself unlimited.
